Initiate Your Request
Log into your aprivate account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact and the invoice is included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
